56 Hours of Paid Volunteer Time (VTO)

Salesforce gives every employee 56 hours (7 full days) of paid time off per year purely for volunteering. You can spend those hours mentoring students, building community gardens, coding for NGOs — anything. Unused VTO rolls over partially.
