F-Assist – Financial Distress Fund

Flipkart has an internal fund called F-Assist for employees facing unexpected financial hardship — medical emergencies, family crises. Employees can apply for interest-free loans up to ₹2 lakh from the fund. Repayment is through salary deduction over 12–24 months.
